 rum Every month we invite one councillor per council to attend an informal
  session hosted by OALC staff to share ideas\, best practice and questions
 \, as well as hear the latest updates relevant to town and parish councils
 . The sessions are open to one nominated councillor from each council (it 
 doesn’t have to be the same person every month). We are continuing to of
 fer the Councillor Forums at different times of the day so hope they will 
 be accessible to a growing number of people. If you would like to book a s
 pace\, you will receive reminder emails beforehand but councillors are als
 o welcome to just turn up! There is no agenda for these sessions\, but rec
 ent topics have included local government reorganisation\, training\, floo
 d support\, virtual meetings\, planning matters\, recruitment and everythi
 ng in between!
