 illors and officersThe importance of the law in meetings with an effective
  agenda and accurate minutesLocal council spending powersCouncil delegatio
 n and ways of managing your responsibilitiesPlanning ahead for delivery of
  services to and for your communityCouncillor conductGovernance and transp
 arency This will be an in-person course from 9.30am - 1.00pm\, with refres
 hments and networking breaks. Please let us know when booking if you have 
 any dietary requirements or access needs. This event is being held on a Sa
 turday morning to help make it easier for people who work full time to att
