 irs\, Mayors\, and Deputy Mayors\, as well as those who aspire to be a Cha
 ir\, and any councillors or clerks who are interested in learning coaching
  and facilitiation skills with a focus on parish and town councils. The co
 urse will cover topics such as: Leading People: Getting to know your team 
 (council) What happens when relationships break down? Leading Meetings: Pl
 anning beforehand Techniques to use during the meeting Debrief after the m
 eeting Dealing with problematic behaviour The course will run from 9:30am 
 for a 10:00 start and end at 1:00pm. Refreshments will be provided\, so pl
 ease let us know of any dietary requirements when booking. Please note tha
 t this course is taking place on a Saturday to help accommodate people who
  work during the week.
